    Growing up I loved Great American Cookies, but lately I have been let down by the quality, the shrinking size, and the rising prices of their cookies. $1.79 for the tiny cookie I purchased. They were never this size years ago.

    I have no reason to be a customer anymore.
    Customer service could use improvement as well.
