This place is so cool. How many ice cream places do you go into and see people banging and rolling out ice cream?I was totally fascinated by the technique of how I received my ice cream after I placed my order of a specialty strawberry concoction. It had koala bear cookies on top and strawberry jam rolled into the ice cream while my best friend ordered some oreo selection with M&M's for the topping... can you go wrong? There was scooping, pounding, more pounding, and rolling with the results of the attached pics.
