So far I've had 3 treatments of the laser hair removal. I have not had a rude person with any of my experiences, but I definitely don't feel like I'm a valued customer. On 3 different occasions I've called with questions regarding CoolSculpting and other services and been told that I would get a return phone call. All three times there have been no return phone call until my next appointment when I go in and mention something, or I call again two weeks later. I just wish more businesses would grasp ahold of the fact that if people are going to spend their hard-earned money, some appreciation for choosing that business would go a long way!
