Everyone once you get past the front desk is super pleasant, efficient and compassionate.
The people that “run” the front desk are rude, inconsiderate and likely incompetent when it comes to private information. I completed the requested paperwork and provided it weeks ago at my first appointment. That documentation has personal, non-public information included. I’m quite concerned about the mishandling of my information including my SS#. The young woman was extremely rude, talked over my questions and statements and simply repeated that they don’t have the info although it was on the patient information sheet she handed me and my insurance company confirmed they received my records.

She is also the trainer of who is obviously a new employee. The gentlemen at the front desk is as indifferent as the the woman is rude. It’s a shame that cycle of unprofessionalism and deficient handling of patient information will likely continue.
